[FRESH INSTALLATION] U are using a virgin Xperia Z. U never unlock bootloader before. U never root before.
LOCKED BOOTLOADER

1. BACKUP any critical data to microSD
2. Copy this rom zip package to microSD
3. Flash stock Sony's firmware (FTF) 10.1.A.434 (for android 4.1.2) or 10.3.A.0.423 (for android 4.2.2) using flashtools
4. Root using any available method
5. Install any available recovery (TWRP recommended)
6. Reboot in recovery, do factory reset & install rom until finish
7. Turn off device. (Hold power button + vol up until vibrates 3 times)
8. Flash latest Sony's firmware (FTF) matching current latest monxDIFIED base rom using flashtools. Uncheck all WIPE options and exclude all EXCEPT KERNEL & BASEBAND to get latest matched kernel & baseband.
9. Turn on phone. Done.

[CLEAN INSTALLATION] U already rooted your phone. U already have recovery. U are maybe currently using other custom rom.

LOCKED & UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER

1. BACKUP any critical data to microSD

3. Reboot in recovery, (do nandroid backup), do factory reset & install rom until finish

6. Flash latest Sony's firmware (FTF) matching current latest monxDIFIED base rom using flashtools. Uncheck all WIPE options and exclude all EXCEPT KERNEL & BASEBAND to get latest matched kernel & baseband.
7. Turn on phone. Done.
