Slim build 6 is polish on the final builds of 4.2.2. It contains a ton of fixes and large number of optimizations for existing features and functions.
You do not need to wipe between releases. buuut if you do have problems full wipe, reproduce & report appropriately

Known issues
- Vibrations during audio playback may cause weird distortion
