Ensure that everything else is unchecked. * Select EBR1 and map it to the file you downloaded * Select EBR2 and map it to the file you downloaded * Click on Download * Now connect your device while it is still switched off. * If everything goes well, you will see the green circle in SP Flash Tool * Reboot to recovery again. * Format /data, /cache * At this point you could Restore your backup or do a clean Factory Install * Once phone is booted back, verify your storage.
