there may be bugs but MIUI related so post if you find any
Tips
Use nofrill or other cpu control app and at night choose governer powersaver
and also change min and max frequency according to your use for battery saving/performance
and also kill apps regularly

Why launcher is slow- disable icon shadow to improve performance from launcher setting
rom is slow some time- use any scripts to improve and also oc it
